Terms and Conditions

Submitting articles to AdoboChannel requires the following terms and conditions, click SUBMIT only if you are amenable to the following:

1. That the article is your original material or you own the rights to it.
2. It has never been published in Facebook or any other online sites.
3. That you grant AdoboChannel the exclusive rights to publish and distribute the said article online and in print including its video adaptation on Youtube and or any similar online media outlet.
4. You also grant AdoboChannel the rights to publish the said article in other forms of media like television and movies after due notice to you (author). You also have the right to use the said article in the same manner (TV, Movie) after proper credit and notice to AdoboChannel.
5. The authorship credit will remain under your name.
6. AdoboChannel reserves the right to refuse any article without any explanation.
7. AdoboChannel will delete articles with copyright complaint and will ask you to refund the payment made for that article.
8. AdoboChannel will pay you 5 dollars per published article which will be paid to you at the end of the month.
9. Payments will be sent through Paypal or your designated bank account.
10. Minimum number of articles to be paid is 5. If you have less than 5 published articles by the 30th of the month, you will be paid next payment period.
