  • cooking oil

  • 2 tbsp. of margarine
  • 1 whole egg
  • Salt (can be replaced by 1 sachet of Ginisa Mix)

Procedure:

1 – Preheat the wok or frying pan and add at least 1 tbsp. of cooking oil. Set the stove in low fire.

2 – Add the garlic until fragrant, then onion. Sauté until the garlic turns brown.

3 – Add the leftover rice, soy sauce and margarine and mix the ingredients using the spatula. Make sure that the rice won’t stick into the pan.

4 – Add the egg and mix until it is cooked.

5 – Use the salt or Ginisa Mix for seasoning but do not do so unless needed. If you plan to add any seasoning, make sure that the stir fried rice won’t taste too salty.
